1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.47/2020 registered at Police Station- City Kotwali, Rajnandgaon, District Rajnandgaon, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 120B & 201 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
