A P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Sixth Additional Sessions Judge, Durg requesting extension of further six months time to dispose off the case before the said Court.

In M.Cr.C. No. 7576 of 2017, this Court while dismissing the bail application filed by the petitioner has directed to conclude the trial preferably within six months from the date of communication of that order. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the PUD, the prayer is allowed and the extension of further six months time to conclude the trial is granted. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
