1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.163/2017, registered in Police Station Kharsia, District Raigarh for offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and move before the Sessions Court.

3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, in the event, the applicant surrenders and moves before the Sessions Court for regular bail, the same shall be considered expeditiously.
