1. The challenge in the present writ petition seems to be the order passed by the Commissioner respondent No.2 rejecting the stay application till the appeal that the petitioner has preferred against the order of suspension dated 26.09.2020 is pending.

2. Given the fact that appeal is still pending before respondent No.2. It is only rejection of the interlocutory application that the present petition has been filed. This Court at this juncture would not like to interfere with the order passed by the Commissioner dated 13.10.2020. However, respondent

No.2 is directed to ensure that the appeal of the petitioner is decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
