These are the First Bail Applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C filed by the respective applicants for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 251 of 2016, registered at Police Station Pandri, Raipur, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 394/34 of IPC.

The accused persons have allegedly assaulted and looted two mobile phones and cash of Rs.1420/- from the complainant- Durga Prasad Bopche after an altercation/dispute in a local liquor bar on 15.9.2016. 3.

Co-accused Satish Tiwari @ Ankur facing similar allegation has already been released on bail by this Court vide its order dated 20.3.2017 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1453 of 2017, therefore, the present applicants also deserve to be released on bail.

Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed. It is directed that the applicants shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court.
