This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to consider petitioner's application for grant of lease of fishing in the village pond. 2.
It appears that an application of the petitioner has been forwarded to the Assistant Director, Fisheries for appropriate action by the Collector on 09.10.2015 and thereafter, the Assistant Director,
Fisheries has already issued memo on 13.10.2015 to the Panchayat for taking necessary steps.

There is nothing on record to show that in compliance of letter dated 13.10.2015, steps have been taken by concerned Gram Panchayat Girra towards inviting application by proper publication. As and when such proceedings are taken, the petitioner would be at liberty to apply for grant of lease.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
