2. Admit.

3. Also heard on an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for modification of order dated 29.07.2019 in MCRC No. 4215/2019.

4. In order dated 29.07.2019, this Court has granted benefit of regular bail to the applicant and it was directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one local solvent surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court for her appearance before the Trial Court as and when directed.

5. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Petitioner is the permanent resident of Village Rampur TehsilKasdol District Baloda Bazaar (C.G.), having her relatives in Janjgir-Champa and no known person of the petitioner resides in Rajnandgaon (C.G.), therefore, she is inadequate to furnish local solvent surety. Hence, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be consider application filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and modify order dated 29.07.2019.

6. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed. In order dated 29.07.2019, para 9 of the said order be read as " It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on executing a person bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court for her appearance before the said Court as and when directed."
