The present Cr.M.P has been filed seeking for registration of Criminal Revision No.902/2015 which stood dismissed on account of a peremptory order passed by this Court on 18.3.2016.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the said Criminal Revision, though the Court had ordered for issuance of notice to the Respondents, but the Petitioner had given notice only to Respondent No.1 and had not paid PF for notice to Respondent No.2 as he was minor and represented by Respondent No.1. He further submits that it was a bona fide error on his part and prays that the Revision Petition may be restored so that the matter may be decided on merits.

As sufficient cause has been shown by learned Counsel for the

Petitioner, the instant Cr.M.P stands allowed and the Criminal Revision i.e. Criminal Revision No.902/2015 is restored to its original number. 4.

Let Criminal Revision No.902/2015 be listed before this Court on 23.9.2016.
