1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 03.07.2019 whereby the petitioner has been relieved to be posted at Middle School, at Borpadar.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the impugned order shows that petitioner has been working at the Middle School, Kosa Kendra is an attached person whereas she was not under attachment at the said

centre as is evident from Annexure P-4 dated 12.10.2017 whereby the District Education Officer himself had modified the previous order dated 19.09.2017 and ordered the posting of the petitioner to be at Middle School, Kosa Centre, Jagdalpur.

3. Grievance of the petioitner seems to get further strengthen from Annexure P-5 dated 06.07.2019 which is an order passed by the Joint Director, Public Instructions, Jagdalpur directing the District Education Officer to take appropriate steps for cancelling the order dated 03.07.2019 as the petitioner has been wrongly shown to have been working on attachment at Kosa Centre, at Jagdalpur.

4. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let respondent No. 2 pass an appropriate order in this regard at the earliest within a period of 30 days from today. The petitioner would also be entitled to file additional representation in addition to what he has already filed.

5. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided by the respondent No. 2, the effect and operation of the impugned order (Annexure P-1) dated 03.07.2019 shall remain stayed.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
