This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant who is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.172/2020 registered at Police Station - Pandri, District Raipur (C.G.) for commission of the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the impugned FIR has been quashed by this Court vide order dated 28.01.2021 passed in WPCR No.633/2020, and as such, the present MCRC(A) has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present MCRC(A) is dismissed as having become infructuous.
