Agrawal Order On Board 11/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that order is not being complied with by the Collector though the order has been passed in favour of the petitioner on 28.09.2015. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the Collector, Janjgir-Champa. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Collector, in that event Collector shall ensure the compliance of order dated 28.09.2015 strictly in accordance with

law expeditiously within a period of 30 days from the date of making of representation.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
