This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming refund of tuition fee, as the mother of the petitioner is a green card holder.

According to the petitioner, issue raised in this petition is no longer res integra and the matter has been settled by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.04.2014 passed in W.A. No.42 of 2011 and batch of matters.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit application before the appropriate authority for refund of tuition fee and if the petitioner is also similarly situated, appropriate benefit shall be afforded.
