1. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while rejecting petitioner's claim for grant of regularization vide order dated 3.11.2018, the Court's order of treating the period during which he was out of employment, as period spent on service, was flouted, it is found that real operative reason for rejecting petitioner's claim for regularization is with regard to less number of working days per year between the period from 1.1.1989 to 31.12.1997.

2. Therefore, it cannot be said to be an order of contemptuous act. It is different matter that the petitioner may agitate his claim by filing fresh petition challenging the order, on its own merits.
