1. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 3090 of 2019 which got dismissed on account of a peremptory order dated 29.04.2019. For the reason assigned in the present MCC, subject to the applicant depositing an amount of Rs. 1000/- as cost to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036 within a period of 7 days. The writ petition would stand restored to its original number.

2. The default in the said writ petition would also have to be removed within further period 7 days from the date the petitioner produces the receipt of the deposit of the cost amount before the Registry.
