Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Cr.M.P. with liberty to raise all the grounds after the appearance is made before the Court below. Petitioner shall also be at liberty to take appropriate action against the order is made. Permission granted.

Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
