Learned counsel for the respondents upon instructions from the respondents who are present in the Court states that the petitioner has been allowed to work in the school at Ramanujganj and he is working there and his salary is also being paid. In view of the categoric statement made at the bar, on the basis of instructions given by the officers who are present in the Court, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

Rule is therefore discharged, placing on record the said statement. The contempt petition is closed.
