The applicant has preferred this bail application as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.427/2016, registered at Police Station Sirgitti, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 341, 394, 34 of IPC. 2.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that a report was made by Deendayal Sahu alleging that while he was going to Patna on his truck bearing No.CG-04-LK-1445 on 20.12.2016 at 12:30 in the night at Tifra Bilaspur bridge, the applicant along with others came before the truck and intercepted the truck by Indica Car Vista and thereafter they got up in the truck and lotted Rs.18,000/- and mobile phone, thereby the offence has been

committed.

Indisputably, the co-accused Herisan Basant Jogi and Santosh Kumar Suryavanshi have been released on bail by this Court in MCRC No.2030/2017 on 12.04.2017, therefore, considering the entire facts situation of the case, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The applicant is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
