The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 30.07.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the post of Incharge Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat Dabhra to Dy. Revenue Inspector, Nagar Panchayat Gourela, District Bilaspur. 2.

The contention of the petitioner is that he has been recently transferred at the present place of posting vide Annexure P/2 on 18.02.2019 and in less than 5 months time, the petitioner has again been transferred, which is in

-2total contravention to the transfer policy of the State Government applicable to the government employee.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondent No.1 in turn shall take a decision on the said representation of the petitioner within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation.

Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P/1 shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
