1. The instant petition has been filed against the notice whereby demolition is directed to be removed. The said notice is dated 20.10.2020 (Annexure P-1).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the demolition was carried out without giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, though the petitioner had constructed the house over the private land which never belong to the Municipal Corporation. He would submit at present the demolition has been executed.

-23. In view of such submission that the demolition has already been carried out, no relief can be granted in this petition as of now, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy available to her under the common law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Aks
