1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has been in violation to the transfer policy of the State Government transferred from Primary School, Matekata/Dongargarh to Primary School, Bakarkatta/Chuuikhadan.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the spouse of the petitioner is already in government employment working at Dongargarh and in contravention to the transfer policy respondents have now passed

the impugned order transferring the petitioner to a far off place which his more than 150 Kms.

3. Given the said facts, let petitioner file a detailed representation to the respondent No. 2 within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Respondent No. 2 in turn shall decide the representation within a period of 30 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order (Annexure P-1) dated 12/07/2019 so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.
