1. Heard.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent No.1 has filed a Civil Suit against the petitioner and others which is registered as Civil Suit No.194/A of 2017. The progress in the trial of Civil Suit is almost standstill and about 04 years have passed without any progress. Therefore, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a time frame.

-23. Learned counsel for the respondent No.03 and learned State counsel have no objection.

4. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the proceeding in the trial pending before it between the parties in this petition and dispose off the same preferably within a period of one year from the date this order is passed.
