1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised is the inaction on the part of the respondent No.3 in not settling Traveling Allowance that the petitioner has claimed for since March, 2016 onwards.

2. The petitioner refers to Annexure P/4 which is a correspondence made by the respondents No.2 to respondent No.3 for an early processing the claim of the petitioner.

3. Given the limited dispute that the petitioner has, ends of justice would meet if the respondents No. 2&3 are directed to ensure that the claim of the petitioner for Traveling Allowance from March, 2016 onwards is processed at the earliest and the same is finalized/settled within a period of 90 days from today.

4. It is made clear that in case if the respondents fail to process and settle the claim of the petitioner within a period of 90 days, the entire amount receivable by the petitioner shall carry interest @ 10 percent per annum which would be recoverable from the erring officer, unless the payment part was delayed for fault of the petitioner.
