Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 18.09.2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the orders dated 23.01.2018 and 31.05.2018 whereby the charge of the Superintendent of Kanya Ashram Janakpur has been withdrawn from the petitioner and she has been posted at Middle School Chidoula Vikas Khand, Bharatpur.

Without entering into the merits of the case, counsel for the petitioner wants that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the respondents raising these grounds and the respondents in turn may be directed to decide the same as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner, if she so chooses, may prefer a detailed representation to the respondents and the respondents in turn considering the fact that it is a case of transfer, may decide it as expeditiously as possible as per the rules.
