1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for issuance of the caste certificate and along with the caste certificate he has attached the document pertaining to the year 1948 however, the respondent authorities are asking for the document of the year 1950.

3. As it is stated that though the document are attached is of the year 1948, the document cannot be asked for the year 1950. As against this perusal of Annexure P/1 would show that the documents are required prior to the year 1950. Therefore, if the petitioner is already in hold of the documents and filed the same, then it would be considered by the respondent authority and no exemption can be granted by this Court as appellate forum. If the petitioner is not in hold of the necessary document, then he may file the necessary affidavit

as required under Rule 6 of the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Rules, 2013.
