1. The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.13/2020 registered in Police Station Tendukona, District- Mahasamund C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C.

2. Applicant has committed murder of one Vedprakash. The incident was witnessed by informant Chandrabhan Bariha, nephew of deceased. Moreover, weapon of offence has been recovered at the instance of present applicant.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the material available against applicant, no case for grant of bail is made out.
