1. Heard.

2. These are the two applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.93/2020 registered at Police Station Purani Basti, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Since there are two witnesses, who have seen the actual assault made by the applicants on the deceased and one Premlal and one Santosh and some more witnesses have seen the accused running away from the place of occurrence, I am not inclined to release the applicants on regular bail at this stage.

4. Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed with liberty to the applicants to revive the prayer after examination of the eye-witnesses and the witnesses, who have seen the accused persons running away from the place of occurrence. Sd/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Judge Shyna
