1. The limited prayer that the petitioner prays for is for a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. According to the petitioner, the father of petitioner No.2 and Husband of petitioner No.1 working under the respondents died on account of Covid19 Virus on 21.04.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner No.2 has moved an application for grant of compassionate appointment which till date has not been finalized.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate

-2appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
