the ground that he will pursue his remedy in Writ Petition (S) No. 3670 of 2021, which is already pending before the learned Single Judge. It is further submitted by him that he will also make a prayer for interim order in the aforesaid writ petition.

Mr. V.R. Tiwari, learned Additional Advocate General has no objection.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of on withdrawal granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy in the pending writ petition i.e. Writ Petition (S) No. 3670 of 2021. If any prayer for interim order is made, the same shall be considered by the learned Single Bench. 5.

Registry will de-link the petition i.e. Writ Petition (S) No. 3670 of 2021.
