1. This is the First Bail Application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.52/2017, registered in Police Station Pusaur, District Raigarh for offence under Sections 34 (2) of C.G. Excise Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move afresh after seeking instructions about the previous antecedents of the applicant.

3. Prayer allowed.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
