Counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities concerned by way of an Appeal/ Mercy Appeal in the light of the order of acquittal that the petitioner has got from the Criminal Court. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
