1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.258/2020, registered at Police Station Durg District Durg C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 323, 327 of the I.P.C.

3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the applicant has caused injuries by hand, fist and knife over both arms and over back pelvic region.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Although, knife has been used for causing injuries but the injuries were not caused on any vital part of the body, therefore, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 26.09.2020; charge-sheet has already been filed and the offences are triable by JMFC, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
