This review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 19.04.2018 passed by this court in WPS No. 3175 of 2018. The solitary contention seeking review of the order was so far as the observations made by this court in paragraph 4. However, perusal of record would show that the State has not been able to convince this court as to observations made in paragraph 4 to be either erroneous, incorrect or contrary to the facts available on record.

In view of the same, this court is of the opinion that no specific material is made available for review of the order dated 19.04.2018. It is settled position of law that review can be only in respect of an error apparent on the face of record which the petitioner has failed to adduce. Accordingly, this court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner for review of the order dated 19.04. The review petition deserves to be and accordingly stands dismissed.
