The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.01.2017 till date he has not been paid any retiral dues including pensionary benefits, which he is otherwise entitled for.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been repeatedly approaching the authorities, but till date no fruitful outcome has come from the same.

Given the said limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the
respondents No.1 & 2 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner for grant of retiral dues and pensionary benefits that the petitioner would be entitled for under the Rules governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. In case if the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefits, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within these period of 90 days, failing which the said amount shall carry interest @ 10% per annum from the date the petitioner has retired till the date of actual payment is made. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
