We are not convinced looking at the nature of the order dated 09.07.2018 that a case for review is made out, specially now, when a stand is taken by the State that as an after thought that the learned Additional Advocate General probably made a mistake by accepting that the State had no objection to accept the technical bid tendered by the company.
