1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to register FIR against respondent No.5 for committing forgery.

2. Mr.B.L.Dembra, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that with regard to pending enquiry the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation to respondent No.2/Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to

make a representation to respondent No.2/Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur for redressal of her grievance.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
