The counsel for the petitioner submits that the defaults pointed out by the Registry stands cured by the petitioner already. 2.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed if the respondents authorities may consider the representation of the petitioner sympathetically and decide the same.

To the said limited relief, the State counsel does not oppose. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that any representation of the petitioner if pending before the respondents authorities, the same be decided in accordance with law at the earliest.
