1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 01.10.2020 passed in WP(C) No. 2154/2020.

2. Shri Vivek Ranjan Tiwari, Addl. A.G. appearing for the State/respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner was duly considered and vide order dated 19.02.2021, it has been found that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief.

3. Counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the paragraph-2 of the order passed by this Court whereby it was

ordered that the petitioner shall submit the expenditure vouchers that he has, before the respondents, who in-turn shall verify and scrutinize the same and after due verification take appropriate steps in accordance with the scheme governing the field.

4. According to the learned counsel for the respondents/State, the claim of the petitioner subsequently was duly verified and on scrutiny it was found that the petitioner is not entitled for the claim that he has raised for and accordingly his claim was rejected thereby the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. The order dated 19.02.2021 is ordered to be brought on records by the counsel for the respondents/State.

5. Given the facts that the respondents have now taken a decision on 19.02.2021, this Court is of the firm view that the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. In case if the petitioner is not satisfied with the out-come of the decision taken by the respondents, she would be free to challenge the same afresh before the appropriate forum.
