The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer Annexure P/1 dated 12.07.2019, whereby the respondent No.2 has transferred the petitioner from District Office, Koriya to Up-Tahsil, Patna, District Koriya. 2.
The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a District Secretary of the Pradesh Lipik Vargiya Shaskiya Karmachari Sangh, District Koriya, Chhattisgarh, as such he falls within the category of protected employee and he could not have been transferred.

Given the said fact, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent
-2No.2 in turn shall decide the representation within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation.

Meanwhile, there shall be a stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P/1, so far as the petitioner is concerned. 5.
