1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 16.10.2020 sent by the Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Distt. Raipur (CG) for extension of time for final disposal of Session Trial No.210 of 2018.

2. This Court vide order dated 04.9.2020 had granted one month's time to learned Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Distt. Raipur to dispose of the Session Trial No.210/2018 which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time upto 31st January, 2021 is granted to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Distt. Raipur to dispose of the said case by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, thisCrMP disposed of.

5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Additional Sessions Jduge by e-mail/fax.
