Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate appeal under Rule 18 Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 before the State Government.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

The petitioner may file an appeal within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and till then, the status quo as exists today, shall be maintained between the parties. Registry is directed to return the copy of Annexure P/1 and certified copy of Annexure P/2 to the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same.
