At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No.4-Housing Board submits that in the changed circumstances, he is not inclined to take the land of the petitioner for the purpose of the development of the Housing Project and a letter to this effect has been issued on 19-12-2016 (Annexure R-4/1) followed by letter dated 19-12-2016 (Annexure R-4/2).
