2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that as there are number of defaults to be removed, he wants to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to file a duly constituted appeal afresh. However, he prays for return of certified copy of the impugned award.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

4. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned award to the counsel for the appellants on his furnishing true authenticated Xerox of the same.
