Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/07/2017 The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by action of the respondents because despite petitioner's selection, he has not been appointed there being dispute with regard to the degree of the private university / MATS University. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, because of subsequent developments, documents have been filed by him and communication made by UGC on 22/11/2016 addressed to the State Government that petitioner's degree, which was the operative reason for his nonappointment, has been found valid. Therefore, his application may be directed to be

considered.

After going through the communication dated 22/11/2016 of the UGC, this Court finds that the application of the petitioner would require due consideration in the light of the communication of the UGC. State is, therefore, directed to examine petitioner's case in the light of communication dated 22/11/2016 of UGC and take appropriate decision within a period of four weeks. 4.

The petitioner shall submit a copy of communication dated 22/11/2016 of the UGC along with copy of the order which is now being passed for due consideration before respondent No.2. The decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks. 5.
