1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.762/2019, registered at Police Station Kotwali Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the material witness including the witnesses on memorandum statement.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
