1. This writ appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the order dated 17.7.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPCR No.353/2018 directing the concerned police to register FIR and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Keeping in mind the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Ram Kishan Fauji v. State of Haryana & others reported in (2017) 5 SCC 533, this appeal against the said order of the learned Single Judge is not maintainable.
