This petition has been brought for issuance of direction to the learned Family Court, Janjgir-Champa.

It is submitted that the petitioner has filed an application for execution under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. on the basis of the order dated 13.08.2019 in Criminal Revision No.77 of 2019. After filing of the application, there is no progress in the case concerned. The proceeding in the case was held up due to pandemic situation and subsequently, when the Courts have reopened for physical functioning, for the first time, the order has been passed on 20.09.2021 for issuance of notice. It is submitted that till date the application for execution has not been registered.

Considered on the submissions. Taking into consideration all the facts that are represented from the documents filed, the learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding in the case and make all efforts to conclude the proceeding within a period of six months. 4.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
