It is submitted that the petitioners are owner of lands bearing Khasra No.434/2 and 437 admeasuring area 4.6700 hectare and 0.2500 hectare respectively situated at Village- Ranhat, Tahsil-Balrampur, District-BalrampurRamanujganj. Respondents No.2 and 3 have without acquisitioning the lands belonging to the petitioners have marked the lands of the petitioners for construction of paddy procurement center. The petitioners then moved application before the Collector, Balrampur-Ramanujganj praying for relief against the illegal activity of respondents No.2 and 3, which has not been considered so far.

The State counsel opposes the petition and submits that appropriate orders may be passed.

After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at motion stage and respondent No.2 is directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioners within a period of one month from today and pass appropriate order with respect to the grievance of the petitioners. 5.

The petition stands disposed off.
