The applicant has preferred this bail application as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.75/2017, registered at Police Station Durg, District Durg (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 457 & 380 IPC.

It is alleged that the applicant committed lurking house trespass and theft of gold ornaments and cash, having total value of Rs.72,000/-. The applicant is in jail since 14.02.2017. The concerned Police has not reported any previous antecedent of applicant's involvement in similar nature of crime.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The applicant is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
