Alleging that the respondent has not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (227) No. 1061 of 2015 dated 19.04.2017, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Collector, Rajnandgaon to comply with the order passed by this Court on 19.04.2017 passed in W.P. (227) No. 1061 of 2015 in its letter and spirit. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the Collector, Rajnandgaon and, in turn, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
