The applicant has preferred this bail application as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.429/2016, registered at Police Station Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of IPC and Section 3 (2) (5) of the SC, ST Act.

Having gone through the statements of eye witnesses Vikramdas Mahant (PW-1) and Khemchand (PW-3), this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
